Our paddling-specific HIIT classes will have you rapidly improving your fitness and technique so you can achieve your training and racing goals. Held early Sunday mornings at Kingston Beach / Browns Rivulet near Hobart you'll be working hard and encouraged to achieve your Next Level in this fun and challenging session! Paddle HIIT is most suitable for intermediate to advanced paddlers.
Paddle HIIT sessions run year-round in blocks of 8-12 weeks. We plan and communicate each block of training in advance, and post weekly schedules and venues during each block. Please contact us or check our Facebook page for up-to-date information prior to purchasing.
