Usage:

• Mount the bar by flipping the levers on the suction cups and then lock them into position.
• Settle the bow or stern of your kayak onto the rollers while resting the other end on the ground.
• Move to the opposite end of your kayak, lift and roll, sliding your boat into position on your roof racks, foam blocks or cradles.
