Super charge your endurance and open water skills with our Super Saturday group training sessions! These sessions give paddlers another opportunity to top up their Winter training in daylight, with good company guaranteed. Super Saturday sessions are low intensity and longer distance, going for a minimum of 1.5 hours and a maximum of 2 hours. We’ll be adding skills work to these sessions wherever possible, which will take us along the Alum Cliffs, Kingston, Blackmans Bay and Tinderbox coastlines.

Pre-requisites:

These sessions are suitable for paddlers already training consistently, ie you'll need to have a reasonable base of paddling under your belt before coming to your first Super Saturday session

You'll need to be an established Paddle Progress paddler, a Next Step paddler, a Moving Targets paddler, or an equivalent level of paddler to participate

No gear hire for Super Saturdays sorry...we need you to have your own :-)

Super Saturday sessions run throughout the year in blocks of 8-12 weeks. We plan and communicate each block of training in advance, and post weekly schedules and venues during each block. Please contact us or check our Facebook page for up-to-date information prior to purchasing.
