Our women's specific training paddles are a great way to regularly build on your paddling experience and technique. We are a friendly & supportive group that meet up regularly and help keep each other motivated to train. We focus on efficiency and skills to give you the confidence you need to expand your paddling horizons. Along the way you’ll also meet plenty of other female paddlers to continue training or social paddling with outside these sessions.
Women on Water sessions run year-round in blocks of 8-12 weeks. We plan and communicate each block of training in advance, and post weekly schedules and venues during each block. Please contact us or check our group session Facebook page for up-to-date information prior to purchasing.

When: Sundays at 12.00 noon (with the exception of Saturday 25th January, please note there will be no sessions this round on Sunday 2nd & 9th February)
